Welcome to the Fall 2020 D2K Virtual Showcase
The Rice Center for Transforming Data to Knowledge, informally known as the Rice D2K Lab, is a campus hub for experiential learning in data science, providing students opportunities to make an impact by tackling real-world data science.
In today's virtual showcase, student teams from the D2K Capstone and other data science programs will showcase their data science work and compete for prizes.

D2K Capstone Student Teams
In the D2K Capstone program, interdisciplinary teams of students (advanced undergrads and masters students) work on a semester-long real-world project sponsored by one of our D2K Affiliate Members.
DSCI 101 Student Teams
In the Introduction to Data Science (DSCI 101) course, students learn the fundamentals of data science while working on teams to solve real data science challenges, design a data science pipeline, and derive valuable insights from data.
